## Summary

This proposal seeks to add **PYUSD** and **AUSD** to the list of assets eligible for **USP backing** within the **maximum allowance framework**.

The addition expands the range of **high-quality, stable assets** supporting USP, enhancing both **liquidity** and **capital efficiency** while maintaining **backing integrity**.

## Rationale

This proposal adds **PYUSD** and **AUSD** to the USP backing framework with a **maximum allowance of 10% each**.

Including these assets diversifies **USP’s collateral pool** , reduces reliance on a single stablecoin, and enhances overall **liquidity and capital efficiency**.

Both **PYUSD** and **AUSD** are **fully backed, widely recognized stablecoins** , enabling USP to maintain strong **peg support** while benefiting from **productive, yield-generating allocations**.
